Microwave Compatibility: Ensure safe heating by following these instructions:

1. Fold the Weighted Wrap into a square bundle and place it on a clean, dry microwave-safe plate.
2. Heat for 30 seconds, then carefully test the temperature on both the inside and outside of the bundle.
3. If desired temperature is not reached, flip the wrap and heat for an additional 30 seconds, ensuring even heating.
4. Repeat heating cycles until desired warmth is achieved, but do not exceed the maximum total heat time.
• Never heat for more than 30 seconds per cycle.
• Monitor constantly while heating to prevent overheating.
• Take care when removing from the microwave and ensure it's at a comfortable temperature before use.
• Reheat only from room temperature.
