Microwave Compatibility: Ensure safe heating by following these instructions:
- Fold the Weighted Wrap into a square bundle and place it on a clean, dry microwave-safe plate.
- Heat for 30 seconds, then carefully test the temperature on both the inside and outside of the bundle.
- If desired temperature is not reached, flip the wrap and heat for an additional 30 seconds, ensuring even heating.
- Repeat heating cycles until desired warmth is achieved, but do not exceed the maximum total heat time.
- Never heat for more than 30 seconds per cycle.
- Monitor constantly while heating to prevent overheating.
- Take care when removing from the microwave and ensure it's at a comfortable temperature before use.
- Reheat only from room temperature.
