St John's Wort naturally contains nutrients that help support the body's physiology during periods of stress, melancholy, anxiety and irritability. This herb helps maintain a healthy nervous system, sleep patterns, emotional balance and wellbeing.


INGREDIENTS

At the time of manufacture each capsule contained: St John's Wort 2000mg (Standardised to contain 1.2mg hypericin). This product contains encapsulating aids. Herbal extract used.


SUGGESTED USE

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food, or as professionally recommended.


CAUTIONS

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not to be taken by children, pregnant or lactating women. Seek professional health advice if taking medication (ie. antidepressants) or suffering a medical condition (ie. liver damage or bipolar disorder) before supplementing. In rare cases, this herb may cause photosensitivity and adverse reactions in susceptible individuals. Not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
