HealthHQ Sol Waterfall Bucket Outdoor Shower

HealthHQ Sol Waterfall Bucket Outdoor Shower

One pull. One full-body cold cascade.

Pull the rope and the wide bucket tips over in a single rush of cold water — the sharp finish to a sauna, hot tub or ice bath session. Then the float valve quietly refills it, ready for your next round.

Crafted from alder timber with stainless steel hardware, Sol pairs Scandinavian design with a build suited to New Zealand and Australian outdoor conditions.

• True waterfall effect — one pull empties the bucket in a single full-body cascade
• Automatic refill — the integrated float valve refills the bucket for controlled water use
• Freestanding, plug & play — pre-fitted with a standard NZ/AU male hose fitting, installs in minutes
• Alder timber frame with rust-resistant stainless steel fittings and arm

• Recovery Ritual — the cold half of the hot–cold contrast routine used by athletes and sauna lovers after training
• Circulation Response — switching from heat to cold prompts blood vessels to constrict and reopen, the response contrast therapy is built around
• Instant Alertness — a full-body cold cascade in seconds that leaves you feeling awake and alert
• Nordic Tradition — the classic cold finish between sauna or hot tub rounds
• Creates an immersive ritual — not just a rinse

• Alder + Stainless Band — a timber bucket with a stainless steel band, matching the frame
• Stainless Steel Bucket — an all-stainless steel bucket

• Sol runs at your hose temperature — usually cold, exactly what contrast therapy calls for.
