Delivery & Assembly
- Delivered flat-packed in a protective wooden crate.
- Let our specialists handle it. We have assembly experts across New Zealand who can set up your sauna properly. Depending on the model, it takes anywhere from 2 to 12+ hours
- Prefer to do it yourself? You’re welcome to, and every unit comes with clear instructions. But you’ll be enjoying this sauna for years, so it’s worth getting it right from day one
Power Requirements
- Indoor infrared & Chillers: These run off a standard wall plug. Larger models are hardwired.
- Outdoor infrared: These come with usually a 15 or 20amp plug for easy connection.
- Traditional saunas: Hardwired by a licensed electrician (2–10kW+ heaters).
