HealthHQ Cedar Sauna Vent - Rectangular with Adjustable Slider

HealthHQ Cedar Sauna Vent - Rectangular Slider Vent for Premium Airflow Control.

A well-ventilated sauna isn't just more comfortable - it's safer, drier and longer-lasting. The HealthHQ Cedar Sauna Vent is a rectangular slider vent crafted from premium cedar, designed to fit cleanly into any traditional or infrared sauna wall and give you precise control over fresh air flow.

Built for both DIY sauna builds and professional installations, the smooth sliding panel lets you fine-tune airflow during a session - open for fresh air, closed to retain heat. Cedar is naturally moisture-resistant, aromatic, and dimensionally stable, so the vent performs beautifully through years of heat cycles.
