One genuine Harvia element, three popular heaters. The ZCU-830 3kW element is shared by the Virta HL90, the Virta Pro HL160 and the Spirit SP90, so it's a handy part to know about if you run more than one Harvia.

It's built to Harvia's factory spec for the high, steady temperatures these heaters run at, restoring full output and even stone heating.

Compatible Heaters

  • Harvia Virta HL90 (9.0kW)
  • Harvia Virta Pro HL160 (15.8kW)
  • Harvia Spirit SP90 / SP90E (9.0kW)

How many do I need?

  • Virta HL90: 3 elements
  • Spirit SP90 / SP90E: 3 elements
  • Virta Pro HL160: 3 x ZCU-830 plus 3 x ZCU-823 (2260W, listed separately)

Elements age together, so when one fails the others are usually not far behind. Harvia recommends replacing the full set at once for even heat and the best stone life.

Installation

Heating elements must be replaced by a licensed electrician. Isolate power at the switchboard before opening the heater. Not sure which element your heater takes? Send us a photo of the rating plate on the heater and we'll confirm, no rush.
