No Ice Required: Genesis Ice Bath naturally maintains optimal cold therapy temperatures (3-15°C), thanks to its five-layer insulation.
For Extra Chill: Add frozen ice from the HealthHQ Ice Mold Trays to lower the temperature even further.
- Unpackage all your items.
- Place each of the legs into the slots on the side of the Genesis Ice Bath.
- Inflate the top ring around the ice bath.
- Screw on the Drainage Valve (including washers).
- Ensure the internal plug in the Ice Bath is closed.
- Inflate Thermo insulated lid.
- Fill and enjoy!

Research recommends sessions at temperatures between 3-14 degrees for at least 11 minutes per week with the heart submerged, best done over three sessions.
Tip: Use the ice bath in the morning for the coolest temperatures or simply add ice to bring it to your desired temperature. Depending on the location, the night cools the water down to around 7 degrees.
