This private session offers you the chance to learn the Wim Hof Method directly from certified instructor Meghan Charlton in a calm, supportive environment. Whether you're brand new to the method or looking to deepen your practice, this session provides a personalised introduction to its core techniques and benefits.


🧘♂️ What You'll Explore

Together with Meghan, you'll work through the three foundational pillars of the Wim Hof Method:

  • Breathing Techniques – Learn how to use conscious breathwork to energise your body, calm your nervous system, and unlock a new level of focus and clarity.

  • Cold Exposure – Discover the science-backed benefits of exposing your body to cold, and how to do it safely and effectively. This includes the opportunity to take part in an optional ice bath, supported every step of the way.

  • Mindset & Commitment – Understand how mental discipline, presence, and consistency form the foundation of resilience and overall well-being.


👕 What to Bring

Please come dressed in warm, comfortable clothing, and bring swimming togs and a towel if you’d like to participate in the cold exposure element of the session. This is entirely optional and guided gently, depending on your comfort level.


💬 What to Expect

The session begins with an overview of the Wim Hof Method and its science-backed benefits. From there, you'll be guided through a breathing session, with time for reflection and discussion after.

If you're comfortable, you'll also be invited to participate in an ice bath experience, with full support to ensure it's both safe and empowering.

Throughout the session, there will be plenty of time for questions, feedback, and one-on-one guidance.

Meghan Charlton is a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor with a passion for helping people reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and unlock their full potential. Her gentle and grounded approach makes this method accessible and powerful for people of all experience levels.

This session is suitable for most people in good general health. However, if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or are managing a serious heart condition or other health concerns, we strongly advise consulting a medical professional before participating.

If you’re new to cold exposure, we recommend finishing your daily showers cold for a few days leading up to the session. This will help your body start adapting to the cold in a controlled way.
